Abod was a singer/songwriter with the New Haven Women’s Liberation Rock Band (1970 – 1976). Mountain Moving Day was recorded in 1972 with the Chicago Women’s Liberation Rock Band. Some of the songs from both bands was re-mastered because of the brilliant, irreverent former professor, neuroscientist and author Naomi Weisstein – founder of the Chicago Band – retitled: “Papa Don’t Lay that Shit on Me,” (Amazon).
